Accessibility

FairHome is intended to be usable by homeowners with a wide range of access needs, including people who use assistive technology.
Our accessibility target
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the public site. Our work includes areas such as colour contrast, keyboard access, meaningful structure, visible focus, form labelling and support for reduced-motion preferences.
How we support accessibility
We design the public site with semantic headings and landmarks, labelled form fields, keyboard interaction and other accessibility considerations in mind. These practices support accessibility work but do not by themselves establish conformance with an accessibility standard.
Current limitation
The public site has not yet completed an independent accessibility audit. We therefore do not claim verified WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance at this time.
Report an accessibility problem
If you encounter an accessibility barrier while using FairHome, please contact us through the Contact page. Tell us which page or feature you were using, what happened and, if relevant, the assistive technology involved so we can investigate the issue.
